ASMI (a division of Safe’s Group), Mumbai, was established in the year 2013 with the state of art manufacturing facility near Ahmedabad (Gujarat, India) for the manufacturing and supply of High Quality, Cost Effective Precision Sheet Metal components to cater the various industries like Compressor Manufacturers, Automobile, Ball Bearing and White Good Industries. The facility and operation involved in the manufacturing is Deep-drawn, Embossing, Stamping, Punching, Degreasing/Cleaning, Auto Brazing and Projection Welding.
ASMI offers distinctive customer solutions to different segments in various markets with superior quality and wide variety of Sheet Metal Parts / Components.
ASMI has adopted policy of “Customer first”, ”Quality First” & “Zero Defects”.
ASMI has maintained 48 ppm(5 sigma level) for all components.
Achivements of Six Sigma Level for customer supplied product from December’16 to April’17.
